Production and delivery
Production time
All of our products are made individually to order.
The standard production time is 4 weeks from the order confirmation date.
During this time, the product is manufactured, quality-checked, prepared for safe packaging, and shipped. If you order multiple items, they will be shipped together once the entire order is completed.
Note: during peak seasons or periods of unusually high demand, the production time may be slightly extended. We always inform you about this in advance.
Delivery
When your order is ready, it will be delivered by DHL courier service.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days, depending on the country.
We provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery throughout the EU and to selected countries outside the EU.
Delivery fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the region, package size, and weight.
For larger orders, we can offer individually tailored shipping conditions.
Customs duties and taxes
- For EU countries: no additional customs or import duties apply.
- Outside the EU: customs duties and local taxes depend on the regulations of the recipient’s country.

Packing
It is very important to us that the doors we manufacture arrive undamaged and in perfect condition. Larger orders are packed in boxes.
